St Helens Gala on July 18th

Trudi has been a big part of launching the new stop smoking campaign for pregnant mums, Mind the Bump. She knows a lot of people who started to learn juggling as a way to combat cravings. Juggling can be a great distraction as it keeps your hands busy - as well as helping you master a new party trick.

The talented performer gave our Barnsley adviser Emma a visit at St Helens Gala on July 18th. Yorkshire Smokefree were happy to host a stall at the gala so attendees could find out how they can quit smoking with our help. Thanks to Emma’s expert knowledge, a number of people told us they were ready to make the commitment to quit - good work from the team!
