I've been trying to quit smoking for so long, and each time it was a struggle, especially when I attempted to reduce the nicotine patches. No matter how hard I tried, I always ended up going back to smoking. It had been more than 50 years of smoking, and I was a heavy smoker, going through forty-plus cigarettes a day.

But this time, things were different. We came up with a plan, and I decided to give vaping a shot. I signed up for the vaping pilot, hoping that this could finally be the solution for me. And you know what? It worked!

It's been 10 weeks since I last smoked a cigarette, and I feel so much better health-wise. The key was gradually reducing the strength of the vaping liquid intake, which made the transition much smoother. What's even better is that this time, it's the first time I've managed to maintain my quit successfully.

Having weekly support and someone to listen to me, encourage me, and keep me motivated made a huge difference. It gave me the confidence I needed to say, "I will never go back to smoking cigarettes again!" And I genuinely mean it this time.

I am incredibly grateful for the help and guidance I received throughout this journey. Quitting smoking after such a long time was tough, but with the right approach and support, I finally did it. I feel like a brand new person now, and I'm excited for a healthier and smoke-free future ahead!
